FRAd excellent case sharing

Those who stand at the top reap not only flowers and applause, but also honor and realization of self-worth. On the occasion of FRAd's upcoming fifth birthday, the company held the FRAdjusting Excellent Case Sharing and Commendation Conference. By analyzing and organizing thousands of cases  we discovered the outstanding cases, communicated our handling experience and skills  in the sharing conference, improved our business level, and facilitate future internal and external sharing and exchange, as well as gave  honorary recognition and cash awards to the outstanding managers. We hoped that on the occasion of the fifth anniversary, the valuable experience of the company could be precipitated and transformed into inexhaustible power for future development, so as to better demonstrate the influence of FRAdjusting in the international market!

01  Activity Starts

The case sharing activity was hosted by Li Peijin of the Business Department. The company was honored to invite Mr. Yau Hong, the Deputy Secretary General of the National Insurance Law Committee of PCG and a member of the Insurance Law Committee of Guangdong Law Association and Shenzhen Law Association, to participate in the sharing activity as judges, as well as Mr. Xin, Mr. Bi and Mr. Kuang of the company.

02 Case Sharing

After the preliminary selection, a total of 38 cases were shortlisted for this excellent case sharing session. Each case was shared for 5 minutes, consisting of a 2-minute explanation, a 2-minute Q&A session with the judges and a 1-minute  comment. Although the time was limited, each sharer made a wonderful and detailed explanation of his or her case, and the guest judges made precise and wonderful comments on the case content after each case was shared.

04 Announcement of results

After an intense selection, five FRAd excellent cases were finally selected, the first prize winners were Xing Hongyan, Zhou Sitong, Shen Qiu Ru and Lydie, ten second prizes and fifteen third prizes, the bonuses and honorary certificates would  be distributed at the company's fifth anniversary annual meeting!

05 Post-meeting sharing

"First of all, I would like to thank the company for organizing this sharing session, which has benefited us a lot and let us see many classic subjects of insurance and claims, providing us with a lot of new ideas for future case processing, especially the case of refrigerated goods, which has enlightened me. I was impressed by Hannah's perseverance in handling the case and her courage to challenge the authority, even when the other party provided the so-called "professional" test report, she was able to refute it through professional information search and data analysis, and give a reasonable solution in the end."
