After analyzing and summarizing the past cases, as well as the in-depth study of related extended topics, the company's Frad think tank has compiled a group of common transportation hazard factors and claims issues in the cases related to mechanical subjects. In order to provide more comprehensive and professional services to customers and improve the efficiency of case processing in the future, Frad has decided to organize professional knowledge training on mechanical subject matter for the company's partners.

On November 21, 2022, at 2:00 pm, the sharing seminar of "Technical Issues Sharing on Freight Risk of Mechanical Subjects", which was presented by Lydie, Director of Research and Development Center, was held as scheduled, and Frad partners gathered in the conference room for professional knowledge learning.

This sharing session was  divided into six major parts as follows.

During the process, Director Lydie combined the company's past case data and the specific situation of various types of problematic representative cases, and explained in detail the professional knowledge related to mechanical subjects that were  more frequently insured in practice, and invited everyone to join the discussion, analyzeing the common technical problems in the process of handling cases and sharing their own experience.

After the meeting, Frad's partners expressed that they had a deeper understanding of the knowledge related to mechanical subjects and would be more proficient in handling related cases in the future.
