In recent years, with the continuous promotion of the Belt and Road policy, China's import and export trade has developed rapidly. In this context, cross-border commercial disputes also occur from time to time. Therefore, how to use Chinese procedures in cross-border commercial disputes to effectively handle trade disputes and protect our rights and interests has become a hot topic.

On July 15, 2022, at 2:00 pm, an online sharing session on "Using Chinese Procedures in Cross-border Commercial Disputes" by Mr. Yan Bing, LLM of Dalian Maritime University, was held as scheduled. In order to increase their business knowledge, Frad partners gathered in the conference room to learn how to handle cross-border commercial disputes together.

During the process, Mr. Yan Bing combined specific examples and carefully explained each part of the content for us.
